Client – Griffiss Business & Technology Park

Project: Public Information and Marketing Program

Goals: Educate the public regarding the affects of an air base realignment and redevelopment plan for a business and technology park; successfully promote park features and benefits to potential prospects; create a positive public perception regarding the park’s potential to become a valuable new community resource.

Scope: The Paige Group developed a communications plan based on a strategically designed master plan featuring seven distinctive park districts. In addition to creating a brand identity and comprehensive signage system for the park, The Paige Group provided consulting, design, production and public relations services to promote park features, benefits and available parcels on a local, national and international level. Our work included collateral materials, trade advertising, trade show support and materials, promotional video, and website consultation.

Outcomes: The marketing communications strategy and rebranding program, together with a concerted re-use effort, was highly successful. Today, Griffiss Business & Technology Park is considered one of the most successful military base realignment projects in the country.
