MVWA Case Study
Client – Mohawk Valley Water Authority (MVWA) Project: Issue Management Goal: Establish a collaborative process to address stakeholder interests. Efforts: The Paige Group facilitated meetings with state agency officials and assisted the client by developing meeting methodology and facilitation services. The MVWA has also engaged The Paige Group to provide issues management consulting services related to a dispute surrounding contracted water rights. This has included the development of an issues map, editorials, press releases, letters to business and elected leadership, and organizing and facilitating public meetings. Outcomes: The Paige Group continues to provide consulting services to the MVWA related to the ongoing dispute surrounding contracted water rights.
